Annual Consecration
and Corporate Fast

There are different types of fasting. If you
are under the care of a physician, please
consult with your doctor before joining the
fast. If you are unable to fully participate
because of a medical condition; perhaps you
may abstain from a favorite activity, i.e.
television, music, sports or maybe you can
give up sodas and sweets for the 21 days.
We will begin with the afternoon meal on
Sunday, January 6 and end with the afternoon
meal on Sunday, January 27.
Full Fast
Drink only liquids (you establish the number
of days).
The Daniel Fast*
Eat no meat, no sweets and no bread.
Drink water and/or unsweetened
juice/beverages. Eat fruits and vegetables,
and legumes (ex. beans, lentils, peanuts,
etc).
3-Day Fast
This can be a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give
up at least one item of food.
Partial Fast**
A partial fast is from 6:00 am to 3:00
pm or from sun up to sundown. You can select
from three types of fasting —a Full Fast,
Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of
food.
